Newbie and dumb Upwork mistake

Hello I have a problem, MK Agency hired me per hour but I forgot to do the tracking with the upwork application NEWBIE MISTAKE

. I worked around 120 hours, do you think I can get paid by contacting the support if the client doesn't answer me? I have all the proof. Thanks

There is an option in Upwork to add manul time, It only works if the client has enabled it in your contract. See this https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211068488-Add-Manual-Time.

If you don't see that option then I would suggest you contact the agency and show them all the work that you have done for them, hope they pay you! Best of luck
