I can eplain how I set it up on digitalocean VPS and then you can try that or you can try to set it up on Windows if you want (option 3 is to hire a dev to set it up on Windows for you).

Yeah this likes tweets as well as retweeting them.. it's literally just adding or removing a single line of code to like or not like the RTs, or whether is just likes instead of RT'ing
