Here are a few questions I've answered already:

Q: If I bought subs+ views and reached monetization criteria, will my channel get monetized?
A: A lot more details are factored when it comes to monetizing your channel. I ll layout my process of how someone i know monetizes their channel and has actually done it for me too.
1) aged YT account
2) i branded the account, actually created a profile pic/ banner/ created twitter page as well to link it with.
3) posted 3 videos; 2 10 min long ones, and 1 2 hour long one- similar niche, commentary/ screen record type videos.
4) Buying subs is easy, im not gonna recommend an SMM panel though but justbuy 1k.
5) as for teh watch hours, my friend has his guy bot the watch time on his 2 hour long video.
6) apply for monetization; receive acceptance after 2-3 weeks.

Now this is the general criteria I follow after I receive approval:
1) Keep videos public until more than 10 new videos are posted.
2. dont change primary owner for another 6 months
3. NEVER turn on monetization for the watch hours video
4. Dont change passwords for a couple of months
5. dont change emails for a couple of months
6. It’s OKAY to monetize new videos on the channel that you post.

Q: If my YouTube account was connected to a banned adsense acccount, is it still okay for me to connect another adsense account to it?
A: From what I've learned from google reps through chat is this:
Channel A is connected to Adsense A.
Adsense A gets banned, but Channel A is still monetizable.
You are still allowed to connect Channel A to Adsense B.

If the reasons why Adsense A got banned though is BECAUSE of YouTube activity, then youre gonna need to fix your youtube to abide by YouTube policies. If you don't, then you would then be putting Adsense B at harm.
If the reasons why Adsense A got banned is NOT because of YouTube activity, then connecting Channel A to Adsense B should be perfectly fine.

You'll know if Adsense A got banned because of Channel A if you receive a notification or copyright strike or etc. that it was related to youtube activity.

Well if you use stock footage that's royalty free, you shouldn't have to worry about whether or not it falls under fair use or if it gets copy right checked. Does this help answer your question?

Use stock footage when you can, when youre using copyright footage, fair use will help.

Often people think that it's an SEO problem to their videos. I sometimes like to think that it's a thumbnail/ title problem as well so make sure those are solid.

Stay consistent, it takes time. OR just go the BH method and buy subs.

I usually offer $50 a post for a community tab. I actually just posted a thread in the WTB section asking if anyone would be willing to sell me a post on their community tab.

It should be okay to use it from the same PC as ur main account.

I want to say there is a chance that it will still be approved for monetization as long as your visuals and audio arent copyrighted. But as you said, they are copyright free.

For higher quality videos though, I do recommend voice/ commentary

I stay away from synethsized/ artifical videos BECAUSE of demonetization. I know a guy who ran a successful jokes channel using synethetic voice. Went from making 50k/ month to now pennies

Look around BHW. Unfortuantely im not gonna recommend a panel because I dont use them much anymore. My guy uses them but i dont know which one he uses.

The safest way would be to make sure your material is under fair use or copyright free. In addition, make sure your actual content abides by youtube's policy.

Be very cautious when it comes to using copyrighted audio- that get spicked up real fast.

For small channels, gain inspiration from another channel, look at what videos have been working for you, and capitalize on those.

A good CTR and watch time that comes from a good title and thumbnail. 100%

Few questions from me...

I usually offer $50 a post for a community tab. I actually just posted a thread in the WTB section asking if anyone would be willing to sell me a post on their community tab.

1. Can a YT channel do a community post with a link to my channel? This seems to be the most effective as it is within YT.
2. Once you got monetized, is there a chance that YT will rank/suggest your videos slightly better because, of course, YT can make money off of your video?
3. Does buying views increases your video's chance to get suggested?
4. What does social signals, shares, and web 2.0 backlinks can do to a video with the current algo?

Last question , I find that niche where a narrator talks over or translate the motivational speech of a famous person . For exemple someone download the video of a famous german actor who makes a motivational speech , and talks over it by translating the video in english . Can this type of content be monetized ?

According to my experience, 100 views are not enough and you will always have a very high CTR especially if they come from subscribers, I have only one video doing well, nothing viral, hitting consistently 200-300 views/day and the CTR is around 15-16%. I suppose that is the threshold to start seeing some consistent views on a daily basis. The video ranks #1 for my first choice keyword and it is about 10 minutes.

the question:
I have adsense account that connected to a youtube channel and I want to connect it to blogspot blog, I linked it successfully, but I have been waiting 4 days and no ads are showing ...
Made a research and found out that I need to get a top level domain to my blog and link it to adsense to change my adsense from hosted to adsense for content.
But I also found out that there’s some kind of code that I have to add my adsense ID to it and put it on my blog....
Will this ban my adsense account??
