Google releasing a large update today

Anyone else that lost 100% of their featured snippets? I lost them on 2 sites and they haven't recovered. Both sites are in similar niches.
I can't figure out why they have gone to 0%, it would indicate a major trust issue or even penalty in my site. Anyone facing similar issues?

I lost 90% my featured snippets at casino niche -_-' lost almost 80% pages 1 keyword

I think this is pretty common in the casino niche. did you use schema FAQs too?

I See the pages that use FAQ schema gained in ranking on competitor sites... do you guys notice something similar?

No the opposite. No FAQs show anymore, no ratings etc and sites with lots of schema have dropped down

I lost all snippets too that were sending most of the traffic. Now when I check snippets are totally strong sites or youtube, quora. This tell me just one thing, that Google at least in my niche not allow weaker domains to rank for snippets anymore even if you have better answer and content

I don't know if this has been said before, but I checked Google Console and I saw that the Performance on Discover simply went to zero two weeks ago, after the update (before, it would be in the hundreds daily). This seems to be only metric that has been radically changed so far for my website. From what I read on the web, there doesn't seem to be any way to 'persuade' Google to put you on Discover, right?

OK, I am 100% that this is what this update has changed, at least for my website since the impressions on Discovery match the traffic that I lost. Now how the h*ll do I get back on Discovery?

I am losing rank still...
lost all featured snippets
lost all my rich snippets
While my competitor is staying strong on every featured snippet with a spam score of 30%.
Most wtf thing is that the bad posts from my site are now in top 3 search results .......they have around 200 words while my 1-2k words posts are now on page three.
gg wp google

Hopefully this is not the end. No way they can justify this update. Sure their team is getting a lot of complaints about this

This is a message from Google Console:
"May 12-15 (Discover)
Due to internal logging issues, you might see a significant drop in Discover reporting for your site. Please note that this did not reflect any user-facing changes for your site, only the data reporting in Search Console."

So yeah, Google f'cked up big time, but it's funny how they say May 12-15, it's been happening for two weeks you oompa loompas!

Update: And it's reporting my ass, I have gained less money from my website after the 'fictive' ranking drop in Discover.

Lost my review snippets
I still see some websites have them even with fake numbers

One thing I noticed, direct traffic also affect a lot . Now the organic traffic still kinda dancing for me , some days it seem slowly back some days drop again. Anyone direct traffic got massive affect?

Black hat is definitely back in the game. Go get 'em boyz.
Google is just teasing you guys to go black hat, in order to manually penalize you after then. A bit of sarcasm, but I advise to hold tight and be creative with your content.
