Instagram business account manager

Hey! I'm managing an instagram account and I'm looking for a worker to hire on Upwork since I don't want to risk having the account banned for botting.

Couple of questions :

1) How do I make sure that the person I'm hiring doesn't just use a bot for follow unfollow ?
2) Does anyone have experience with outsourcing instagram management to other workers ? I'd love to hear !

1) maybe by just looking at the stat F/UF during the day and for a couple of day. I think you could identify some bot patterns

Yeah or check the comments that he makes, Hired 1 guy that commented the same exact comment and in a different niche . Lol..
What a tool I'll post an update when I find someone reliable if anyone is following
