Why SMM panel support never know English?

I have experienced several SMM panels and in all of them I was getting answers like that:
And then I'm thinking... Wait.. Am I paying those people? WTH??

I was referring to the big panels here in the SMM section, almost all have decent support. I'm not sure of any that have that kind of terrible support that aren't already getting bashed.
Who even cares about my panel, my prices aren't for re-sellers.

They mean Paypal "friends and family" payment, because it cannot be charged back. It is a very common request when dealing with Paypal payments.

Just shows how low quality of full of shit these smm panels are. They are resellers, set up a panel and starting reselling, no fucks given. No responsibilities. Hiring some cheap VA's, which can't even speak english properly...then giving themselves english names. Such a scam.
