Upload facebook video without ban

Hey guys, i got awarned few times by Facebook, because i upload copyrighted video (funnie's one).
I am asking how to know if a video is copyrighted or no before uploading it on facebook.

Specially for short funny video.

Check the outro and intro.
Check where you're copying it from.
Watch the video yourself.

But to save yourself the stress of doing all of the above, make the video yours by editing and changing it up a bit to make it unique just like guys do on YouTube. There are some tuts on this website that show you how. Use the search button.

I'm a little surprised by this. Try and change the audio as well. It should work, if you did a good job with the video edit.

My famous facebook page is at risk of getting take down as well because of Viralhog.. they have give me 2 strikes this month so far for videos I posted months ago. Not sure what to do...
