It seems like a pretty nice method you got here but i have one question: what's the point if you don't advise to create campaigns for the same domain?
I mean yes we can have several domain we want to advertise but it is obviously pretty limited, especially when statistically some accounts will get banned as soon as they are created.
So did I miss something or are people here owners of 100+ website?

Google itself doesn't allow using same domain on multiple accounts. After having conversations with those people who are getting success with our method, we found out people using cheap $1 domains. Also google Adwords is not only about search ads. People promote apps & YouTube videos mostly.
It basically depends upon your own campaign setup.
