How to: start a direct message

Once you've reached that golden number of 15 posts (that are of excellent quality and contributing top-notch stuff to the forum) you will be able to start conversations (also known as PMs) with other members.

There are a couple of ways you can do this.

First off, you can go to your inbox and click 'Start a New Conversation':

You will be taken to the Conversation composer:

In the 'Participants' box, start typing the username of the person (or people) you want to have a conversation with. The system will bring up a list of suggestions as you type. If you are adding multiple participants, separate their names with a comma.

Then, type something useful in the 'Conversation Title...' box, and type your message into the main text editor. You can decide whether other people in the PM can invite more members into the conversation, or whether you want to lock the conversation, by ticking the boxes at the very bottom of the editor.

When you are happy with the conversation, click 'Start a Conversation' and it will be sent to the other participants. This conversation will also appear in your inbox.

The other way you can start a conversation is particularly useful if you decide to PM someone while you're browsing threads.

You can click on any members name, whenever they post, to see this pop-up menu:

Click 'Start a Conversation' and you will be taken to the same conversation composer, but this time, the participant field will be pre-populated. You can then create your conversation in exactly the same way as above.

It's worth noting that you must leave at least 30 seconds between each PM you send - the system will not let you send more than one message in any 30 second window. This is an attempt to prevent PM spam.
I have done my 15 posts but still I am not able to do PM

15 posts and I want to know if I can sell my domains that has websites on them, or just sell the websites I made?

— Don’t sell —
Newbie members are not allowed to sell on Black Hat World. Full stop.

We want to see you putting time and effort into the forum before you start using and abusing us for cold, hard cash. If you are interested in selling your own services on BHW, these are the ways to do this:
As you can see, these options aren't really available to you right off the bat. The reason is that we need to see you contributing to BHW in order for us to feel better about letting you use us as a platform for selling your services.
Here's a thread where you can learn more about what you are allowed to do at your member level.

Don't try to get around the rules by selling to other members through PMs or using any other forum sections (Media Buying, Dropshipping, etc.)

This is a good thread, explains some of the limitations I've experienced but totally understandable why you have to have users prove themselves. There's so much spam out there!

I have 15 post but i still cant start a conversation.
Spamming your way to 15 posts just so you can send a PM is against the rules. Have you bothered reading them? https://www.blackhatworld.com/help/terms
Especially this part:
3.5 engaging in post count inflation by posting excessive amounts of short replies for the sole purpose of inflating your post count. This includes the infamous “thanks for the share.” . (If you’d like to say “thanks” to someone for their effort/contribution, make use of the Thanks button).

If you are doing this just so you can try to sell something via PM - Don't. Unless you want to end up being red (banned)

And to finally answer your question: The PM won't be enabled for your account right away. It might take few hours up to a day to have the limitation removed.

As much as I hate to say but being a silent reader have it's problems as well.

Now I'm trying to look for a mod for help but I can't even post on their profile or send a pm.

If you have a problem or a question, open a ticket at https://support.blackhatworld.com/ and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sadly is not something I think I should actually open a ticket as I'm not even sure as it requires such a formal report yet.
Just checking to clarify some doubts I had over the service provided from the market place.
