Dropshipping from eBay | Payment problem

Hello, I have been dropshipping from eBay to other platforms. It was going fine but recently I'm not able to make a payment via card or Paypal. While checking out via Paypal it shows

'We ran into a problem and PayPal isn't available right now. Please select a different payment option.'

Payment from the card gets processed but later gets failed for no reason. I have enough balance in the card and Paypal to cover the transaction. I asked eBay and Paypal but both point out the other one for the problem.

Do you guys know how can it be resolved? Thanks.

Same problem bro I contact support they said that they have a technical issue after that no respond or solution I don't know what to do with them

Try with other paypal account, if you don’t have try to clean cookies and create fresh profile on your PC. What i would recommend most is order a new card, you can do it easly with tranferwise for example, it should works

How do you even dropship from ebay? do you contact sellers via ebay PM system, asking them whether they offer dropshipping as well??
