GramMultiTool Instagram bot not working

Hey guys, I purchased this tool 3 days ago, and I tried few accounts, none of them are able to log in, but via their embedded browser, all accs seem to be working fine. Since I've got no use of that at all, I'm not sure what to do. Is it me, or if anyone else has had similar experiences with them?

The bot has been dead for a while now. I'm not concern if they're still giving support and updates but try to reach them in their discord channel or open a ticket on their web.
