Suspended Youtube Channel

My YouTube account Get suspended in 2018 due to spam, scams or commercially deceptive content. but my adsense account is safe not banned.is it still okay for me to create another channel and connect with my old adsense ?

By the way this is happen in 2018 Now i have new laptop and new internet connection

Why dont you test it with a dummy account

I think if this your first suspension channel in your adsense you still got chances, Because i think if your channels got suspension multiple times in your same adsense, Then you will have problem.

I think the YouTube TOS states that you're not allowed to create another account once you get banned if IIRC.

So doing it on the very same account is risky IMO.
