I purchased today from website i guess the normal version not business.
So need an upgrade link for the difference to Business

So here is the experience Now.
First of All, thank you for Giving me discount.
If I paid via Paypal I can dispute but as I paid via INR gateway
I found something fishy here.
So I have one Group in my profile that is of 17k+ members
So First I scrapped only 9 Emails from the Group Lolz that is not even 0.01%
Now After I contacted the support they took control from Anydesk and Suggested me to on the 2-factor authentication and they told me to go for VIP group extractor.
So I extracted 8000+ Emails and I can see there is no names or UID from that extractor.
Now there is now I have huge doubt here why there is no names and the UID in the VIP Extractor ?
So I again went to the normal Extractor group one and Again input the same Group ID and they extracted the 44 emails now.
No, I feel something fishy here
I am a member of the group and I cant see my email ID in the Normal Extraction and Not in the VIP one.
My mind suddenly strikes
So I went ahead and checked all 44 Emails in the VIP one and I can't find a single one
So is that like their server is just giving us the random email IDs from the predefined emails they load in the system and sell to us?
I asked this question and recorded the video for the same also When I asked the refund They told we can't have the refund on the BIZ package.
So I told him to give the explanation and they told me this
So I told that I purchased this service because you claimed that you are providing the 80% of the data from the group and when I asked they reply like me
Also, let me tell you I have already tested the Fanpage and it completely looks fishy to me
Why there is a restriction that you can have 2000+ member in the group and you can extract then only?
Still, now they have not replied me till now
Still, wondering if anyone checks the group ID extraction with normal Extractor and VIP one and Find at least one email that matches in both data?
Also, their claim is 80% Off the data? And that too the personal Profile? Wow, so we are getting any random emails ID. and Paying for that only ?
Also, I have searched 50+ Emails on the VIP extraction and just put that emails on the Facebook searched and What I find zero result. Lolz So all VIP is done only personal Emails ID extraction?
Can OP come ahead and give me a solution or Refund me?
I request everyone to check this at their end who bought the same.

Could you explain why your refund policy is completely different (less comprehensive/fair) compared to the refund policy here https://x2emails.com/refund_policy/?

They can terminate your account. They told me in the support that If you post any review fake ones We have policy to delete your account.
Now I am thinking what is false review ? So be careful.

1) Why VIP extraction data is not matched with the Normal Extraction even the group is the same ?
Your claims you can give 80% data that is a personal one so why person emails are not in the extraction even if person is in the group ?

That refund Policy is for 59$ package i think if you buy directly VIP from there website you can see that they doesn't provide refund for Biz package this is what they stated on there website as well .

I have some misunderstanding and the support now given the solution for the same.
They also misunderstood my questions and We are good to go now.

Are you a spokesperson for X2Emails or somehow connected with them? Your comments on here seem to show you have some inside knowledge about the service.
Can anyone confirm this is a good product? I surveyed some online reviews and there are a lot diametrically opposed views. People either say it is the greatest thing since sliced bread or a total scam. No one says it is just okay. It is either great or a total scam.
Have been using this tool for about a week and I can confidently say you can scrape +10k emails with ease every day. Highly recommended, thanks for answering my questions too.
It took approx 2-3 days to get my VIP fully activated, but support at least communicated properly so it wasn't a big deal.
The difference between the VIP and regular version is night and day. Not going to do a comparison review, but I think the value the tool and the FB group you get to join speaks for itself. You want to learn how to scrub all the scraped emails or how to setup email blasts, people are sharing their methods and tools inside the FB group for free.
At the end of the day, I've used a half dozen scraper tools/services on BHW throughout the past year and this is by far the best.
