New FTC Rules In Effect... What To Do

Hey everyone,

The new FTC rules will be in effect as of Dec 1. How's this going to affect CPA offers? Do we have to state that we earn commissions on PPV ads?

Perhaps we may have to use landing pages with disclaimers for CPA.

Any thoughts?

I try not to cuss much, but they can go fuck themselves. Practically every CPA offer that exists would be breaking the law, and I just so happen to want to launch my own cpa product one day. They can't even do anything about all of the free trial scammers that make it impossible to cancel your $100 a month rebill.

This is the kind of stuff that makes me want to leave the US.
