Help! Weird Thing happening to My old website!

Hey!
So I purchased a hosting package from Wix 8 Months. I set up the site, learned many things. But, in the end I left it because wix was not working out for me.

But here is the twist after 8 Months I am suddenly getting random contact form submission. I don't know what's happening and why I am getting these submission.

What do you think?

Chsnge the location of your contact form a d wait few months so the bots will scrape you again

So in a nutshell there is nothing that could stop them permanently!? And I will start getting them again in some time!

The only way is to implement custom captcha. Which, is not that easy as changing the contact form
