I've been using bluehost and haven't had any problems with them. But the only thing I don't like about it is that they make you pay for two years for domain registration. This wouldn't be a bad thing if you plan on using the domain for long-term. I might try DO since it seems like most people are recommending that.

I heard good things about ICDSoft so I got one domain there for .8$ per month. At that price, as long as the site is live it's acceptable haha, but I only did it to test something, it's not something I'd do for a dedicated project. For those, I usually go with SiteGround.

Hahahahaha must of them, are a scammers! Best quality, one server in India the ping increases a lot, what bandwidth you will use from India 1Gbps uplink? Maybe 10Mbps

Cheap hosting are not usually the best one out there, telling your from my personal experience. As they say you get what you paid for.
