Yes that's true and when I purchased the subscription back in 2017 I didn't pay attention to this which is solely my fault. - Even more, before the infraction was expired I got another one and one more IIRC, anyways I had no chance to create a BST throughout that year. Til this day I have a feeling (off course that's just an opinion) that the staff is much stricter to those with the blue status so if I were you @Nikola Gligorijevic I'd refrain from posting until I could create the marketplace thread. Hard lesson but hope you learn it from my mistakes.

You can't sell here without paying the site owner and that has been in place for years.
You're a smart guy and I'm surprised you would have done that again after the warning.

I removed that part of my message because I realized this is not related to OP's case, but as far as I could remember non-vip people could even reply to threads in the hire a freelancer and want to buy sections. Well maybe I am very wrong here. I am sure creating a BST was always associated with a jr.vip status and a fee but I thought I myself been selling through DM and that was how I earned money to buy the subscription.

Well I got warnings for breaking the shitlist rule when I was already an old marketplace seller and I can not open another BST for 3-4 months then I get another because of mod surfing without my intention and was driving me crazy but in the end you just need to follow the rules and you will be fine ; otherwise will be just another jungle here.
