Yes, this is the problem right now. I think they aren't accepting any new accounts for now! Thankfully I had a previous one I created in Feb 2020 for IBM cloud service!

Then go to

Create a toolchain. Pick Develop a Cloud Foundry app. Give it a name. Scroll down to Repository type and select New. Uncheck the ‘Make this repo private’. Create IBM Cloud IP key. Then hit the Create button.

Select Eclipse Orion Web IDE. Then go to File menu, New, File. Name it index.html.

Copy paste your html code into the editor.

Create a new manifest by going to File menu, New, File. Name it manifest.yml and copy paste the code below into your editor.

host: sample-${random}
name: sample-${random}
memory: 64M
stack: cflinuxfs2

Replace the host and the name with your host application URL. And it must be unique. Here is the sample

Then Deploy the App by clicking the start icon and then wait for a minute.

If it success, the light will turn into green like this

If it fails, go to your launch file and edit the “Name: “ with your unique name above.

Apply your changes to Git Repos by doing this

Enter a comment then Commit.

Hit the Sync button.

Then click Open the Deployed App to see the result

And voila! Your site is live!

You already know Google treat subdomain as a new domain.

People with one brain cell know that you will need tier2 links to make this link "not useless" and in the end you will get a nice link juice.

Thanks for your suggestion. After changing the region to London it worked me fine. But after publishing my URL becomes as https://myname.eu-gb.mybluemix.net/

There is eu-gb gets added. Is it ok?

And also can you please recommend single page html template for this web2.0.

Yes, its ok, and you don't need any template. All you have to do is ensure that the page has your link. I got it indexed in less than a day!

You have to make another file with a .yml extension. Read the post correctly, and then press commit
