Local lead generation. Profitable AND low competition most of the time. Easy to scale.
He uses a lead affiliate that deals with the local businesses, lead smart.I agree with you. Love local lead gen. Do you have any tips on how to get local businesses to actually start purchasing leads? That's the hard part.
As for OP, the casino niche will probably forever be one of the most profitable. There's so much money there that it's immoral![]()
More like ballistic. As your avatar it is. Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will be going hot when the bull run comes
Honestly, everyone bangs on about citations, web 2.0 etc. but PBNs are working great. Pretty much all I use. If you can go through the pain of doing a GMB then citations would be ideal though. GMBs can be great for many of these keywords as competition is so low or there's not even any local businesses so map pack shows results from further away.

He already linked and explained. Read the previous page. And what the heck is that? Links bro. Links.
Thanks for reminding me of this method and clarifying, as well as being so open. In your experience, if you get a new domain, do you try and get it location specific? Like kw+city.com or something like that?
A few years back I had some success reaching out to local businesses with SEO analysis and report, explaining how much traffic they're potentially missing out that goes to their competition so I got some SEO gigs this way, but your way of doing things is much more scaleable + a lot less work.
@Holzr
To put it in perspective my market was global and unsaturated. Every country except Iran and Syria were free game. After sharing the method It was saturated within days. You can expect the same. The US is not that big of a market when thousands of new competitors enter daily, non-stop. There is a total of about 1500 US cities that meet your recommendations. That means your method will be saturated within days for every city.
Going through your old comments and this thread I have enough to replicate your system, most people are too lazy to put it together. The info is there if they want it, but most don’t have the work ethic or the mindset to put the pieces together.
FWIW I won’t be entering this niche or competing with you, if I were you I would keep scaling and reaping the profits. outsource some functions if necessary. You won’t regret making more money. You will regret shooting yourself in the foot and losing all that income by spoon feeding the method.

That's awesome.
At what point do you start using PBN links? After the sites indexed, after the sites got a few keywords ranking on page 3, etc?
Also for a brand new domain how long would you wait before using PBN links?
Thanks for the tips!
How do you find clients and what sort of leads do you generate them i.e just name, e-mail and number or more long format?
Yep, so something like miami pest control.com is something I'd get the domain for just as you mentioned city + niche.com. I use .site a lot as it's cheap and useful for scaling. I can buy 5-6 .site domains vs 1 .com. I don't really like the SEO pitch cause it's harder work, they just care about business. You give them leads and they convert them they make money instantly and not in 6 months time or moan that nothings happening yet they're paying you x a month or so. You give them a roofing lead and it's from someone who needs a roof replaced that might turn out to be a $10k job for them. It's tangible. Everyone knows what a lead is.![]()
If you're using a network then scaling is easy, no need to do sales etc. just rank a new site and make money.
I defo. agree with you to a point but lead gen./rank and rent is nothing new, plenty of people and gurus talk about it and sell courses etc. it's been around for ages. I find a decent keyword and build a simple site and rank it. Nothing special technique. It's the keyword research that I have an edge on which I'm sure not many have the same experience/knowledge to find the sorts of local KW I can find. That I don't share, I have a big long process for that and no one really knows the method I use to find the absolute best keywords that can't be found on KW research tools.
It's a heap of manual work as well so hard to scale effectively, I have ideas on tools I could make to automate stuff but yeah it's a heap of manual work. Plus even in places of less than 25k pop. you can make a few hundred dollars a month. There's 4115 cities between 10-100k pop.
As I mentioned I only sell to network BUT the best way of selling local is free leads, since it's SEO traffic it cost you nothing (just lost potential revenue). Maybe 5 free leads or free leads for x days. If it's a niche with decent margins and high price then even converting 1 new client a week could boost revenue an extra 6 figures a year. Think about something like roof replacement. If they get a job for a few thousand dollars from one of your free leads they'll see the value and be happy to pay.
I let it index for a bit and rank, maybe 1-3 weeks. Then maybe 2 links a month, 1 a week is a bit of a push initially but ok. You can build up as you go but if you're targeting easy terms you shouldn't need too many links. Might take 3-6 months to rank, maybe sooner.
I use a network as mentioned but if not then the best approach would be to approach those perhaps that are ranked on page 2, going through map pack results (not those in top 3 though) and yelp etc. pick companies that have decent reviews as you want to make sure you're sending leads to good companies.

Thanks for your reply.
Can you tell me if the network smart lead allows affiliates to place fb pixel on the "thank you" conversion page. Or otherwise has a way to fire FB pixel when there's a conversion. I don't rely on SEO, I run FB ads. All day long baby.
Are we just given a URL that we need to send traffic to, or can we use API and use our own form capture.
