The most profitable niches in 2020?

I had started an Ebook/course that covered local KW research extensively, I never got around to finishing but might open up a thread for AMA.

See above, as for network, I use LeadSmart

Honestly, everyone bangs on about citations, web 2.0 etc. but PBNs are working great. Pretty much all I use. If you can go through the pain of doing a GMB then citations would be ideal though. GMBs can be great for many of these keywords as competition is so low or there's not even any local businesses so map pack shows results from further away.

This got quite a bit of attention, happy to answer questions. Don't know if anyones interested in an AMA?

Thanks for the info. So you just sign up new domains and hosting in low competitive areas and rank. People call their call centre or submit their info in a form which you upload? Is there a way to see which cities LeadSmart can do work in? Would be a shame if you get into a town and they have no one to connect the lead with.
I've always wanted to get into this.

Travel will be huge when the virus blows over

The most profitable niches
1- health
2- wealth
3- relationships

Crypto. It's only just getting started

Bitcoin will be $100k by end of 2021.
decentralised smart contracts will be a part of everyday life in the next 5-10 years.

such a small portion of people own right now. it will become more mainstream

Interesting thread OP.

For me, there are a lot of niches that have potential today. People are either hopeful or depressed. As an audience, I'd go for something that's motivational in some way, something that provides a sense of security, or one that gives validation/recognition. Over the years, humans have greatly evolved and become quite complex. But during such times, we tend to thrive on our most basic instincts. And to reinforce the most basic of them all, survival, here's a list-

-Education | DIY | Self help

-Health & Wellness | Insurance

-Review Site- Streaming Apps, YouTube | Software, SaaS | Games

-Make money online- Dropshipping | Blogging, Vlogging

-Finance (Crypto is increasingly talked about among masses)

This is purely based on potential traffic to a website. How you monetize that is another chapter.
Also, these are broad niches and have numerous branches as per an individual's choice. I'd strongly recommend to follow something you personally like.

@Holzr
If your still making money off this I wouldn’t do the AMA. Every public or spoon fed method here or on similar forums gets beaten to death. I had a method I shared back in 2015 on another forum that got cross posted to here on bhw. My method was making about $1k a week. Within a month it was down to $300 a week. By month 3 it was down to $70 a week. By month 4 the affiliate reduced commissions by half since they had so much business. The method was dead. Just food for thought.

Added to clarify I am not in your niche, just the gut punch to losing that source of revenue at my own hands has me determined to make sure others don’t as well.

You can send me till the part you completed no worries :)

Here's a method - Low competition keywords + parasites ;)

Yep, that's it basically. Design doesnt need to be fancy. I use generate press or stock wordpress 2020 etc. theme with elementor for a bit of styling. They don't have a list but basically they sell direct to businesses and also to other networks like HomeAdvisor and Networx I believe so coverage is very good. Rule of thumb I like to use is 25k+ pop. OR within a major metro area OR has a HomeAdvisor page. For example you can search on Google your keyword + city (plumber Houston), find the HomeAdvisor result (title is something like best 25 plumbers in Houston). The more companies they have the better (more chance of converting your leads to paid ones).

If you build a site and there's no coverage you could always go direct to local businesses or if you don't like doing sales etc. always JV with someone to handle that OR sell the site to a marketer. You can work out the average value of a lead and then times it by your average monthly leads and then by a multiple to give you a rough valuation. Since the site isn't generating income you'd get a lower multiple but you'd still get a decent amount I'd reckon.

Local lead generation is absolutely huge and that's the great thing about it, it's near impossible to saturate vs amazon affiliate sites etc. Think how many cities there are just in the states with 25k+ population, then think about all the services you can do lead gen for (hundreds) that's a load of possible combinations, then add in other countries....

But I understand your comment, it's defo. a issue but no one touches lead gen so it's a huge blue ocean. I have thousands of low competition keywords atm I've stopped looking I've got so many. Big market. That must of been a huge blow though I can understand.

Thanks for reminding me of this method and clarifying, as well as being so open. In your experience, if you get a new domain, do you try and get it location specific? Like kw+city.com or something like that?

A few years back I had some success reaching out to local businesses with SEO analysis and report, explaining how much traffic they're potentially missing out that goes to their competition so I got some SEO gigs this way, but your way of doing things is much more scaleable + a lot less work :D.

To put it in perspective my market was global and unsaturated. Every country except Iran and Syria were free game. After sharing the method It was saturated within days. You can expect the same. The US is not that big of a market when thousands of new competitors enter daily, non-stop. There is a total of about 1500 US cities that meet your recommendations. That means your method will be saturated within days for every city.

Going through your old comments and this thread I have enough to replicate your system, most people are too lazy to put it together. The info is there if they want it, but most don’t have the work ethic or the mindset to put the pieces together.

FWIW I won’t be entering this niche or competing with you, if I were you I would keep scaling and reaping the profits. outsource some functions if necessary. You won’t regret making more money. You will regret shooting yourself in the foot and losing all that income by spoon feeding the method.
