So I've just bought a Canadian pp stealth account, I've read countless posts about tips & tricks to make it last as long as possible but I still some questions I need to be answered:

-If I were to buy a VPS from a member on the forum, how can I make sure the IP is not blacklisted by Paypal?
-Should I delete cookies regularly yes or no?
-How long do you think the account will in the best-case scenario?

2. On a stealth, never delete the cookies.

1. I suggest you get residential proxies instead of using the default IP from the VPS
2. Do not ever delete your browser cookies/history. Else you will have issues like unauthorized access security flag
3. This depends on what kind of transactions you're into. Just avoid getting disputes,chargebacks, refunds - then you should be good

You could just buy a decent VPN service.
Namecheap, for example, allows you to buy VPN monthly plan with BTC.

thank you! I was seeing my options and decided the residential proxies are a bit expensive for me right now, but as I manage to get revenue this might be my next step.

I've considered it too, but apparently everyone seems to agree that the vps is safer overall, since the mac address from the VM is also different and there is no way that cookies are transferred from one browser through another. I'd love to hear about your experience with the vpn, no troubles so far?

You shouldn't trust a VPS, because not only they can monitor your traffic but also all your data.

This sounds like a paranoid thought, but when it's about legality, those guys won't give a shit about your anonymity and VPN companies will be pursued if not forced to provide your data.

The same logic can be applied to a VPN, but they don't have physical access to your resources. They could only monitor your traffic and provide the government with the IP logs that connected to that VPN IP in a given time (you).

A workaround for this is to use the so-called "proxy-chaining" technique, where you use as many proxies as you can.
If you make use of this technique and the above situation happens, it will be extremely hard for the government to track you down and it will take a shit-load of time, most likely they'd give up on the first attempt if you're not worth millions to them.

The only really safe way is to use an unregistered SIM card, suck the 4G connection to a laptop you bought with cash, and it will be IMPOSSIBLE to deduct who the person behind this is. You will not even need a VPN for this set-up, nothing. All you gotta make sure is that you leave no fingerprints of your identity (such as logging-in on any personal accounts, paying with a credit card, and so on.)

Play safe and smart.

I see, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Now I don't really know what to do because I know for a fact that paypal will look through your vpn if you're using one if the ip is not dedicated, and even then most of the ips used by vpns are from datacenters that paypal is aware of too, same thing with proxies, hence why I thought of a vps.
I'm not in Canada (where my pp account is from) so I can't really do the sim card thing. Might have to do a bit more research to see what would be my best option.

Cheap VPN's mean the IP is shared with other users. Which creates problems with paypal. Happened to me with my real paypal account. The customer service rep told me because my ip was shared thats why my account was suddenly limited...

As far as VPS go. i would be careful. they are hacked sometimes. And the hacker can just put a keylogger on it and get your paypal.

And no dont clear your cookies, why would you do that?Whenever i clear my cookies and sign into paypal, they text me or with anything really. they always text you that you signed on on an unknown device because you deleted the cookies...

When it comes to paypal stealth, don't use vps or datacenter IPs. They know only scammers use those, so just get some good residential proxies and you aer good to go. Don't delete cookies, it's better that way. I like using portable browsers for paypal and it works great. The account will last as long as you want, but don't go over the top and do stupid stuff like using the same proxy on other pp accounts and so on

exactly. or one can create "new users" on their windows PC and use the paypal to each different user.
