Youtube Ad Views from SMM

Hi, have you ever tried Ad Views from SMM, are they good to promote the account?
Example
1. Start Time : 24h - 48hrs .Because it take time 48hrs maximum to approved from Youtube .
- Min 10k - Max 150k
- 100% NON DROP
daily speed 10k-50k
NOTE :
- Video Not more then 6 minute lenght
- No Copyright
- No Adult
- No Abusive keyword [Example- fuck]
- No Naked Images
- No Punjabi Videos
- No Gun/Drugs/Blood/Politics

Do you reccomend them? Are they better than HR views? Where the traffic comes from, becasue it seems that is from youtube ads?

It depends on the panel. I honestly haven't tried the one you've specified - there are many trusted for this matter on BHW if you look in the marketplace.

there is one thing that those providers failed to mention is that those views will not be counted as watch time and only count on some conditions.

Views and metrics derived from views aren’t populated for non-skippable video ads.

• For TrueView in-stream ads running on YouTube, paid advertising views will be counted as public views on the video when one of the following happens:
  someone watches a complete ad that’s 11-30 seconds long,
  someone watches at least 30 seconds of an ad that’s more than 30 seconds long,

Some have a 20k minimum but others have lower minimum suck as 1k but prices are slightly higher.

Totally Agree with Cyberars, and also what's the point of using non targeted ad views on random videos, you will get a bad traction and result IMO for specific niches! If you are about to use youtube ads views better setup the ads yourself with targeted audience If you have the budget or don't use them at all.

i think it will be the same chance with tier 2 or tier 3 countries, but the suggestion algorithm is not so simple, usually if they see many visitors that watch video X and then watch your video, they will create a linkage between video X and your video so new visitors that get to see video X will get your video as a suggestion.

i don't think that YouTube ads can help since google insist in not letting you to benefit from the views you buy from them, it's crazy i know, but you can try it out and let me know.

i agree with you also, targeted views that aims for audience on your niche (NRV) and country getting ONLY views of visitors that speak the same language of your video will be perfect, you can always do that with your own google ad-words account.

Are you talking about the Trueview/discover ads?

Depends on what your goal is. I’ve personally used AD views from panels too, it did nothing positive for me. It doesn’t actually bring real organic engagement.
