I don't know the quality of this traffic source but don't direct them to the sales page directly, make sure you have an optin-page offer any freebie guide in exchange for their email address this way you will build your own email list and over time it will be the most valuable asset you have.

I would really focus on quality not quantity.
You can order 100k visitors which are fake but you have also an option to get only 100 visitors but laser targeted
