Just tested the trial & everything is good, no proxy detection and maxmind risk score under .50 which i tested through some random ips.
can not check the vpn though, cause took time to setup chrome with there system.. However, all socks are in linux OS fingerprint as they all from mobile socks.

IF proxyguys can expand the network with At&t then it will be just unbeatable, t-mobile, sprint or us cellular i used a lot and those ips actually busted already for overused by others.
At&t still strong and white listed by all big company and sites, so i prefer proxyguys to add at&t carriner into there current 10 state coverage location if possible soon.
then no one can beat them so fast.

purchased weekly service,

1st time for trial the speed are reaaly good in my case as i expecte. in day 2 speed going down around 300 KBps max (in my Case) , off course the speed are normal while they check in speedtest. but in my case and my need its only 300KBps..

requested refund in day 5, i said just refund for the rest of my time , no need to full refund. and guess what? they refuse to refund since its has in their policy,

come on guys, i think its not legal to make no refund policy with such this stuff, they can terminated my account immediately.
if they refund i have no acces anymore. so it will be win - win solution, they have my money and i got my money for rest of 2 day. unless they selling "one time use stuff", i could understand if no refund policy exist.

Then i dont know somehow magic Happen, the speed come back normal as i expected just before 12 hours my account expire. what a coincidental.


i dont want make any inconvenience, just to make sure you guys pick the right one

Generally speaking, we will offer a refund if the request is made within 24hrs of signing up. This is an industry-standard refund policy across other 4G providers including those on BHW. Remember we have to pay for these modems and data plans that are not cheap. To say we should offer full refunds even on the last day of your subscription is a bit odd, I don't see anyone else offering that as it would be a terrible business model, definitely not "win-win" as your suggesting.

I think I recognize your support ticket on Intercom & Telegram. You were saying that the Google Playstore was slow to load for you. We connected to your proxy and ran a speed test with over 36mbps download speeds and 13mbps upload speeds and then verified we were able to visit Google.com and play.google.com/store and both loaded promptly with no issues. You requested we signup for a Google account, download proxydroid and attempt to download stuff however that aspect we were unable to do as we don't use Android and this is beyond the scope of support. We were able to verify your proxy is online and speeds were working properly. We have no filters, throttles, or anything to somehow slow down specific sites on your proxy/vpn.

The 4G Connection is quick when it works. But we have had to contact chat support 2-3x a day the entire week. Their technical support is quick to respond but it is a bit too late when our IP constantly changes through out the day when the 4g connection constantly goes down.
