I cannot send likes to a specific Instagram account

I am not able to send likes to this guy's IG account. All my orders are getting canceled or stuck.
And when I try to send like to other posts they get delivered without problem.
This is the first time that smth like this happened to me. Cam anyone explain what is going on?

That happened to me about 2 weeks ago! I tested from 4 like Services no luck, and tested those on other photos... the likes delivered!

Finally, I decided to test a 5th like service and it worked.

I wonder what’s going on with likes :-/

I tried 6 different servers and no luck
I think its the account.. might have been banned by Instagram to receive auto likes or followers

“Auto likes?” Did you try normal likes? And did you try sending likes to a new pic on that account? How many likes do you normally send to a picture on that account?

Tell the guy to reset password on his account and try again OR to disable for 24-48h his account and try again

“Auto likes?” Did you try normal likes? And did you try sending likes to a new pic on that account? How many likes do you normally send to a picture on that account?

In fact I mean bots Likes. Anyway I tried another server that send the likes very slow and It worked, they got delivered. I think the Instant likes were the problem.

Some accounts have a bug, showing a page "you must be 16 years or older to visit the profile" but having no option to press yes or no.
These type of accounts aren't able to receive likes because of this. Simply because accounts get stuck and can't reach the post.

Might be the case here, cant verify it of course
