Is this autocad? If so, don’t do it, as it’s extremely illegal and I know someone who got sued from it

I agree with you on this.
Actually when someone asks me if this is legal or illegal, I answer them that it's kinda illegal.
But both sides benefit the buyer and the seller.
About getting sued, I've been into it for 2 years now with no problems so far.

I don't know man, this method is extremely fishy and can get the seller & buyer in deep trouble.
