Hi mates,
I've been using wp-rocket from 2month but yesterday I updated the plugin then my site speed drastically went down. (it used to load within 3s but now it's taking more than 10s)

I hope you guys can help me to fix it out..
Thanks, advance.

Disagree. Literally installed it on my woocommerce website that was 57 on mobile and 80 on desktop before installing it. After installing it, my website went up to 77 mobile and 98 desktop with it.

I use WP Rocket for my Woocommerce store and still the best caching/optimization plugin for me. Try to check the difference in speed when WP Rocket is disabled and when it is activated to really verify if it's WP Rocket that's causing it.

Get some actually decent CDN like Stackpath and W3 Total Cache instead of WP Rocket and you can thank me later.
I have w3 total cache. could you recommend me some settings so I can improve page speed

It has always worked great in terms of speed for me.
But it always crashes the site the very next day.
I have tried installing it several times, and it it fucks up my website everytime.
Everytime i have to restore backups to get my site up.

Crashes as in? Solution probably is to switch to a VPS with bigger RAM and/or have a swap partition. Totally dpends on the type of "crash" though.

Almost all your redirects are related to Adsense ads. I don't understand why you blame WP-rocket for your ads. I have it on a wordpress site on a shared hosting and it loads within 2 secs on both desktop & mobile. You should fix your ads to improve loading speed.

Everything is normal the first day, and then i check the second day..it will automatically go to maintenance mode.

could you recommend some plugins or something to get rid of this prob. may b this is due to auto ads

@Misan Kumar - wp rocket is pretty good. also try WP Fastest Cache and its premium version as well. see what that does for you.

Could you check the apache and mysql log? It's easy to solve most of the cases. If you are afraid of posting the log in public, you can PM me.

Adsense outsourced ads to 3rd party sites. This has resulted in drastic fall of loading speeds. Some sites are loading 20-30 secs on mobile. Check your site on Google pagespeed tools (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/) and see if both your mobile and desktop performances are bad. If your desktop loads within 3-4 secs, but your mobile takes over 10 secs, then you need to optimize your site with AMP, optimized ads etc.

If both are loading slow, then the issue could be with your theme, plugins and cache. You need to check the stats and do what's best for your site.

I don't feel comfortable using WP rocket now.
I have found an alternative to it, I have litespeed servers so i use litespeed cache now.
It works well.
