Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a little advice on SEO strategy: I'm launching an affiliate site in the gambling niche and so far have a good selection of low competition keywords, a well constructed site, and good content. However, I'm unsure of what to prioritise in terms of SEO, I've got about $1000 for initial investment, then can invest a further $500 per month. Can you help me out at all and recommend where I'll get the most bang for my buck, please?

e.g. focus on Guest posts, buying backlinks, using a PBN, or setting up a PBN?

Thanks for your help with this,

Apkallu

You've picked a very competitive niche there, so depending on your narrower / targetted sub niche you might make tiny inroads.

So, setting up your own PBN will cost you more than $1k.
Buying PBN links, can be a decent move or toxic, depending on who you're buying from.

' buying backlinks' Well there's buying quality or quantity. Automated spammy links or manually created quality = the choice is yours.

Guest posts are one option, niche edits are another which kick in quicker than guest posts, as these are placed on existing, aged articles.

" a well constructed site, and good content " = Don't ruin this hard work by buying crap, is my suggestion.

Thanks Mister F. So it looks like guest posts and niche edits will be good to focus on, while remembering quality>quantity.

For that niche you need way more than that monthly.

If you are doing it yourself it may be cheaper.

I don't know the competition of the keywords your have but if you truly found some low competitive terms that converts then go for it and scale up as the revenue increases.

My best practice are:

1. Quality content (because they get shared & a link back for you)

2. Authority links (Powerful they can move mountain)

3. Link diversity (Keep your backlink profile natural)

4. Guest blog

5. Relevance

And more.

Great, thanks for the information John1444.
