Optimizing the Wordpress site for good with CDN and WP Rocket. Tips are welcome!

Good day forumholics!

It's a bit late but just started optimizing my website for this year. Was doing a bit of research and decided to use WP Rocket and Stackpath CDN.

I am already noticing a better loading speed but sometimes I find some images are not being completely loaded at once. I'm trying to fix it at the moment.

There is a bit of settings in WP Rocket. It seems like we just have to figure out what works best for us. Takes time. Doing it right now.

If you guys are familiar with CDN and WP Rocket, tips are most welcome. Peace!

Try to disable LazyLoad but that might slow down your webiste.

Btw, what hosting do you use? I assume its some kind of shared hosting?

You can also use Autoptimize instead of WP Rocket.

Autoptimize gave me better results than rocket on some websites.

I changed from W3 Total Cache to WP Fastest Cache and got my best results. I'm using that plus WP Rocket & Imsanity

• Resize pictures to the maximum blog/website content length.
• Compress Pictures, make sure to pick the right tool for this.
• Compress CSS, HTML and JS.
• Enable lazy loading for Pictures and Adsense if it's there.
• Put all JS codes on footer if it's needed.

Try pingdom tools, they will give you a better suggestions about that.
Most of these are done using Fastes catche premium plugin, you can get it here somewhere for free i assume.

I tried lazy loading. It works well. The way the images are loading is a bit new. But as an over the website is fast now. Thanks!

Working on it one by one. Can you suggest me a tool to compress images? I use photoshop to fine tune the size and post.

If you are using WordPress, go with reSmush.it, I got cool results with it.
If not, you can use these for manual using:

• https://www.img2go.com/

I'm not an expert on this, but hopefully this will give you a basic help at least. Good luck buud!
