So, on monday 27 april I saw this thread by Royserpa:

Where he was talking about a blackhat method to increase CPA sales. I was curious about it and therefore sent him a PM. He sent me his Skype and we chatted and then he told me he actually sold the method and proceeded to convince me and then I bought it through Skype. He also mentioned he was selling it on another forum, but everything was handled from Skype.

He told me it was a trick to increase CPA sales 300-400% by stopping CPA companies from shaving. I thought it was landing page optimization or similar.
AFTER PAYING he told me the method is to collect credit card information on my site, then use that to fill several CPA offers without the traffic knowing this.
I said "I don't think I wanna get into this honestly" and asked for a refund.
Then he sent me the PDF+Video showing his methods (which I haven't checked much as I just wanted to get out).

He could have explained his method much better.
He could have refunded me when I asked before he delivered.
He could have refunded me later.
He could have treated this professionally instead of avoiding the refund at all costs. I even offered him to keep 10% for the time it took him to explain the stuff.

In my lounge thread he said he had no problems if I send the whole conversation, so I will do that.

After delivery, he asked tons of questions and knows the ins and outs of the method and how to make it work.

I didn't take the pdf or video down as it's proof of how everything works.

OP just has to work on it to make it work.

His excuse is "he doesn't have time" to work on it. I told him to get a VA or hire someone to work on it.

If OP didn't want to know more, he wouldn't have made questions after product delivery.

Anyway, going to sleep. I will be back in a few hours.

When you come back in a few hours please answer my question about he timing of the refund as it indicates in the images he shared there was 3 minutes from the time he asked for the refund, and willing to give you 10% of that money he paid, to the time you sent him the links.

I also did not see any refund policy and that is a bit problematic.

You advertised it as a trick to increase sales by stopping CPA companies from shaving. You misrepresented it bigtime as indicated in the screenshots.
After you explained it was about collecting credit card information and filling CPA offers I asked for a refund as that is not what I thought I was buying, but you proceeded to send your method PDF+video.
Besides, several people have pointed out on this forum and on the other forum that the method is not yours. It's several years old and you are reselling it without consent from original owner.
You should have refunded me before, it's silly to drag it out. Refund me now and let's get it over with please. It's the professional thing to do.
It's not that I'm too lazy to implement the method, it's because I thought it was a trick to optimize my lander or add a script to the affiliate URL that would stop CPA companies from shaving.
I bought it because I thought it was a simple method to stop the shaving, don't want to get involved about anything that harms the visitors, especially not their credit card information. Please try to be a bit more understanding. I have explained it several times.

I contacted him since he is a reputable member of the forum with huge number of comments and likes about the method. I ask him am interested in the method provided it is not pure fraud, he told me the method is legit and i became interested in it. I checked the sales thread description on another site and found out it was about lead gen. I told him in PM that i have once seen a scam lead gen method share on bh that was sold by elliot305 which is now a banned member of the forum i explained the entire procedure to him but reply back that his own method is legit and ROI is between 200 to 300%

After making payment , i took a look at the PDF he sent me i discovered the same method i explained to him in PM that what is in the ebook and the bh method he claimed to sell, the ROI he claimed is nothing but a complete lie. He said ROI is 200 to 300% but from his own ebook ROI is not up to 50%

The full refund policy can be found in the HF thread I made or I can publish the page on my site.

It basically says that if I dont deliver, I would refund, but in both cases I delivered.

Funny thing is that you didnt seem to care and we were really going at the method, working on it, but when OP started making noise, you suddenly decided you also regret your purchase.

People, its a blackhat method, which you would have to be intelligent and agile in order to profit. We are not carding here at all.

Also, as on my first reply in this thread, lets work on the method, make money and stop crying. Op, this can work on your movie site, I really dont understand why you say this method is "illegal" but you are working in an illegal movie, like it doesnt make sense. And telim, dude, we started working on the method and suddenly you want out, wth bro?

I never worked on any method. I can even give out my telegram acc for a MOD to go through it. I watched the video on my phone and was having a chat with him about the video and how to get leads which was what the video was all about. I only notice the scam later in the day when i went through the PDF on my PC and found out the whole setup was elliot305 method i told him about in PM and was uploaded on this forum by a forum member. I asked him several questions and only reply back that his own method is legit.

I can share my telegram acc and PDF he sent me with a MOD to comfirm all my claims. Why should i pay for something i had already knew and never tried even after explaining same method to him in PM but he claims his method is diff from what i shared with him. Why why

As you can see on these Skype Conversation screenshots, you can see he got the method after he paid. The ebook and video weren't necessary for him to learn all about it.

Seriously, there's no excuse. He paid, he received.

Sure, it's a blackhat method, but that's what he paid for.

A scam would have been if he had bought something and I would have given him trash or something that doesn't work.

And stop bringing up another forum in here - we have made exceptions in the past and they only come from the top; certainly not the decision of a Mod.

The difference is that that guy (@Elliot305) scammed networks and I don't.

Also, if you remember, networks shave you like hell. They pay you 4-6 leads out of 10 you send their way, that's the other reason this blackhat method exists.

You did not lay the method out - you gave some general information, he then paid and then you gave him more information.

Once he saw the whole picture he realized what you are selling is illegal.
