When purchasing an item of AliExpress, does the date it is estimated to be delivered by account for processing time, or would an extra 5-7 days be added on to this estimated time?

So when it states "Delivered before 05/22 or full refund" does that mean it will reach customer in that time or 5-7 days after due to processing?

It should reach your customer way before the end of your "buyer's protection" (5/22). Unfortunately with the Coronavirus, right now, you should expect significant delays on delivery.

Have to message the seller and ask unless it's stated in the description. DHgate shows the processing time or lead time right below the shipping option, Aliexpress does not. The more orders a seller has, the better chance it will get shipped faster as they probably have stock on hand.

Yeah I’m messaged the seller but hasn’t responded yet due to time zones.

Buyer protection is still valid, of course. I actually just got a reimbursement yesterday thanks to it
Honestly I wouldn't sweat it too much, AE has done a great job helping customers for the past 4 years. Most disputes end well if they are reasonable.
