Yes, but we don't see the whole conversation btw Roy and Op and what was going on before payment was made and after that...

It doesn't really matter when OP paid for it.
If the method is advertised as not illegal and ends up being a fraud then that is called false advertising and it is refundable.

I'm a tad confused and see right and wrong on both sides of the fence tbh.
Firstly, the buyer should have clarified further that this did fit into the criteria of what they were actually looking for.
However, buyer stated roy acted like it was a "mystery" - so dished out $800 for the pleasure of it been revealed.
Once revealed the method turns out to be using other peoples CC without there knowledge or consent ? In my country, this is classed as deception and fraud.
I do not want to get involved, however, I do feel its very shady ground they are in here. Sellling a method on a hack forum and using other peoples CC without knowledge or consent, to sign them up to offers.

I do agree tbh. On top of that it's been sold on a hack forum ? and not on BHW ? I don't know because I didn't check his sales threads.
Method uses other peoples CC without there knowledge or consent. Very deceptive behavious indeed. If he's willing to do this with other peoples CC, IMHO, he would happily take someones $800 of them, with no hesitations at all, it's a bigger pay day, with less risk. So why wouldn't he ? He probably has sit all day anyways, filling up CC info to get paid $x-$xx - so sell it and get $800.
OP to me, seems very gulliable. No offence.

Does anyone here really believe Op will get a refund? We are talking about a person, who is earning money doing some very shady and also criminal stuff, asking to get paid using Bitcoin. Before I saw a thread where Royserpa had another great method: Buying Clickbank products, refunding them, copying the landing page and selling the product himself to get the full price and not just a commission. I believe it was him. Since then I knew this guy has no moral values and I would never make any business with him.
There is blackhat...and then there people like Royserpa (and probably some others on here) who are just scammer without any values. They would probably sell their own mother if someone would offer them enough money.
Also OP is one weird guy who doesn't really deserves a refund imo. Reaching out to Royserpa already knowing the method is probably "very blackhat", paying $800 via Bitcoin to someone who is doing some shady stuff, then after he figures out how blackhat the method is he pisses his pants and asks for a refund. How stupid can it get?
Result = 19 pages on BHW in just one single day

Something so strange with Fenix19, why is he so defensive ? How the hell did his "buddy" especially message him but hasnt got internet all of a sudden of years been on the forum. Now he can message fenix19 but doesn't respond on here ?
Something seriously fishy about this.

Someone people seem to confuse blackhat SEO and blackhat hacking/fraud. They are 2 totally different things. One is to game google, the other is flat out illegal.
