Allowing 3rd party apps access my Instagram account

Guys any ideas on how to allow 3rd software/apps such as Jarvee and the rest access my instgarm account?it used to be easy before but all of a sudden instgarm seems to block these apps from having access to my account

Jarvee is 100% safe.
