they dont like drop shippers soon you will see that with most service, paypal, stripe you will get a huge roadblock when you reach bigger numbers they will ask you to show physical products ect....

Worst case scenario: you get the account limited for 180 days. You anxiously wait 180 days to withdraw your funds and then it's gone, just like that. You just got paypald.

Yep, but he should not pay for shitty services that can "restore" your Paypal, they will do what you can do by yourself, they are not doing anything special...plus they either have a huge front fee or they want % of money.
