Not sure what affiliate website you signed up for but if I was you, sign up for Amazon's affiliate program. They cut their commissions but its your best best.
If I was you, I'd make a affiliate link of everything you used in the video, from clothes to equipment. You get at lease an extra $40 a day. Trust me.

I have gone through your channel and looked at your thumbnails. The thumbnails with less words are doing better than those with many words. Maybe try to put less words on your thumbnails, but if you need to, only use keywords there. No one will read the thumbnail, people only read the title. Catch people's attention with thumbnails and make them read the title. When you are making dance videos, make sure to put it on your title and title. You are doing great with your videos! Don't quit now, you're so close to 100K.

I think you're exaggerating. I just checked your channel and you seem to be doing good numbers.
The problem with channels who's videos are based on 3-4 minute songs is that YouTube's algorithm is strongly favoring longer videos these days. Perhaps try adding some outtakes, a bit of you talking or dancing to a "bonus track" at the end of the videos to at least take them over 5 minutes each.

3. Retention
4. Interactions on the video

I figured that CTR had something to do with it because some of my videos that have high retention do not perform well and some that dont do. and He gets 84,000 Views and he's complaining man hes tripping lol I'd kill for that any day. Thank you for the post and positive reinforcement everyone!
