Buying Content in Bulk? Good idea?

My bottleneck for the progress and growth of my site is content. I've found a site in which they sell content in bulk, like buy 25 articles for $100 or whatever.

Sounds too good to be true. I know when something seems too good to be true it probably is.

Does anyone have experience with sites like these?

PLR is unique content. As long as you're okay with that the price would be relative depending on quality

The cavitate is they can continue selling the articles even after someone buys it. They are not exclusively for me.

I'm thinking of purchasing them and putting them through a quality spinner + Manual revision.

PLR needs spinning/ rewriting. But it's not good enough for serious money sites if it's spun. Better off buying fresh content.

ive got 2 mega sites im doing but after trying writers at various places I'm dealing with just two people I know now but its high 25 per 2k words but its really good content. depends on what your doing for your site mine will be long term SEO goals with 300+ articles each

Traffic source? If organic, forget it PLR stuff is not unique, google a copy of the text you will find tons of sites..

If you just drive social traffic it MAY be worthwhile. I find $4/PLR article pretty expensive.

Instead of going bulk at the beginning, buy a few articles and check the uniqueness and quality of the content. If it looks like Spun content, don't go with it.

I dont advise you invest in PLR for your money site (if thats what you have in mind) you and probably a hundred of others probably purchased the same content which means you still need to work on the content to make it unique.

You are better off with fresh and unique content - if you want to make a difference in your journey.

Buying contents in bulk and using article spinners would be a good move. However, why not hire article writers/free lancers instead?

PLR articles should never be used for your money sites. Use it for web 2.0s or best if you could use them for your email campaigns. Go for the latter if you have a proper subscription model in place. But considering the core of this thread, I believe you don't have enough traffic to even start talking about your email lists. Your best bet, use WordAi to rewrite these articles and check for plagiarism.

It's okay if it is quality content. Initially don't go for bulk, get a few content, analyse its quality and impact then you can make a decision.
