Does pp block/ban the account right after creation? Or after a while?
Its I big gamble because if its after a while then you losing on the proxy cost, vcc cost, vba cost, etc.

It doesn't block it right after verification, if you build the paypal slowly there should be no issues.

If you link your own bank account, you don't have costs for vcc / vba. Aside from that, a vcc is like what? $8,00?

Vcc about 10 and vba 15 so 25 for both and if its a bad proxy(2-5 depending on provider) so around 30 down the drain if its a bad proxy.

I have been learning eBay day and night recently, and so far I have a pretty good idea about stealth accounts, yet my concerns aren't with eBay itself, as it can be managed.

I find it hard to get around the idea of cashing out stealth PayPal's balance.
Here's what I know so far along with some jarring questions :

- Can use VCCs AVS to withdraw, and you can use them to buy something YOU offer through a third-party.

- Exchange for Crypto ( although it's hard to find such websites with PayPal as an option for payment )

- VBAs !!!

Now straight to questions :

- What are the best websites that can provide VCCs to withdraw on them via PayPal ? ( iCard isn't an option for me due to my living country /Morocco )

- Is there any other way than VCCs that I can use to withdraw from those PayPal accounts and eventually cash out ?

I've seen many suggesting this and doing it without encountering any problem at all.

But, how safe is it?

Wouldn't PayPal find out eventually and close all of your accounts?

I want to open a stealth PayPal myself to make sure my main one is safe and this seems like the best option but in my mind it wouldn't work. What's the success rate of it and can it also close your main?

What proxy addon do you use?
How many acc do you run? Do you use ccleaner?
What about webrtc?

It's not difficult as you think. Just use stealth paypal account in a VPS and make sure you copy the cookies. I have been using multiple stealth accounts without any issue and it's working great so far.

You don't need both a vcc and a vba. A vcc is enough. And the chances of you getting banned because of an already used proxy is very low.

Never in my life have I linked a vba so nah, shouldn’t worry about that.

Besides, vba is usually only for US accs

No mine are Dutch, I have some UK ones I don’t use though but I prefer my stealths being in the same country as myself.

There are people willing to trade btc for paypal, but you have to find someone reliable.

In the past, there was virwox that used to accept paypal, but unfortunately, it died not too long ago.

You can also pay yourself on sites like fiverr, freelancer sites, etc etc then you receive the money on another payment service.

I can't understand, the way to use a stealth account is mainly not to pay taxes, so if you use your card to withdraw or pass the money on your paypal in the traditional way, however, you have to pay the taxes anyway, how else would you justify an entrance? If they come to do a check, they easily realize it. The only way to do it cleanly is to btc, and then convert them little by little.

As for not having them linked, buy dedicated proxies from different providers (or have them on different subnets). And of course, don’t log into them on the same IP

What kind of server you’re using doesn’t matter, linux in general I wouldn’t suggest for this but its preference.

I don’t like vm’s, I use a VPS so that I can always access my ebay/paypals wherever I am.

You can just have one vps, download firefox and use multiple profiles + proxies.

Can you please explain me why do you need VPS when you already using proxies?
