I don't know if this is the right place. But I want to know why paypal is holding payments? I'm no a seller thought. But why do I need to track shipment or send details? Please I need your help or any advice?

I've already sent an email to PayPal. And they adviced me to contact the sender to provide some details or they already received the item, but I'm not selling anything.

and have you contacted the person who sent u the money?? maybe the person's account is limited ( not sure but just saying) but to be sure contact the person who sent u money

I already did. They told me to contact PayPal and give them the transaction ID. And I sent it to PayPal and then again I received the same message. I already sent it 3x and they replied me the same message again and again.

They haven't mention about 21 days. But they told me to contact the sender if they already received the items, but I'm not selling anything.

The best option is to make a call to them, ask the teller to redirect you to the right department and then through out your question. Nowadays, Paypal is suck, and its email support too.

On accounts that are starting to receive funds, they will hold on them for any chargebacks etc. As you continue to increase your sales volume or receiving funds volume, you will stop getting these holds.

At some point in my paypal stealth journey, I was doing $1k a day without holds and sending as soon as I received the funds. It was insane, but as I had no chargebacks (I owned all the accounts), I was able to receive and immediately send thousands of dollars weekly.

Build volume, even if fake, and you won't get any holds on the paypal accounts.

No. I'm not new to Paypal. I'm receiving payments from other website. Except from this site. I don't know why.

So maybe it's because of paypal security, they need time to process transactions

Try to use other paypal account maybe that will work and contact the one who sent you the money.
