3. Retention
4. Interactions on the video

I thought I replied to your comment, i probably closed the tab before I sent it in , I've been look at ways to mass produce and not really work on thumbnails so I will definietely learn to make thumbnails and experiment with fiverr gigs to see what kind of Thumbnails that would be generated with my content, thank you for taking the time to assist with my difficutly!

you should also do this is Tiktok, it won't take much time either, just crop some clip from your video, put clickbait title and thumbnail and crop it..
check your competitor, what kind of thumbnaik and title that they use, and how they engage their follower

If you are not monetized, that's the main reason why you don't get so much love from the algorithm. Youtube wants the ad money too.

Whats very frustrating to me is not being able to get a decent amount of views with a channel that has 90,000 Subscribers nearly hitting ten. I've been on this platform for near 8 years now and it bothers me that I'm only averaging 100-1000 views on a new upload and every now and then I'd get a video that does well. What's going on? I'm highly discouraged right now and I just want to quit, i put tons of effort into my video just for it to flake 90% of the time. It's demoarlizing.

You're pretty good, on a personal note. This is also the problem : youtube is great for spamming, stealing traffic, leeching and parasitizing every which way. Used like that, it pays. Used the other way it's terrible, there's nothing worse for genuine content creators than youtube -- even the tube sites treat their whores better.

So... you know, quit youtube, yes. Quit trying to give it your valuable content, cool stuff you made, things you put work into. Just spam the living daylights out of the pos like everyone else and enjoy the loot.
