Automate Shopify and Ebay

Hey guys hope you are all healthy and make business while lockdown.
Since i am working from home at the moment, i had the time to push my ecom project.

My ebay sales increased drastically and because of these big commisions for ebay sales i build a shopify store for getting my ebay clients to shopify for the next purchase.

The biggest task is right now to keep an overview about all purchases, delivery notes, invoices and of course the accounting. Right now i do everything manually and its f*ing time consuming.

I know that there is a integration for shopify and ebay but i dont know if i can do the following things with it while managing everything within shopify:
- Automatically create invoice and delivery notes when a new purchase comes from ebay or shopify
- When fulfilling the orders buying all online franking marks and automatically sending each customer the right tracking number (I am from germany so it will be sent with the german Post)
- Sending all the data to a accouting software like Lexware or sevdesk for keeping an overview about my balances

Is there an all in one tool for merchandise management or are there apps for shopify that can do these tasks?

1. You can create the invoice and delivery emails as you need with Shopify - Meaning you can adjust the existing templates.
2. Not sure if there is any app for it for regular products
3. Shopify cannot send data out if the "accounting account" is not connected with your admin panel, either though API or if the accounting software has a third party plugin that uses app store API.

Does shopify also creates the invoice and delivery mail when the order comes from another sales channel (ebay in this case)
For accounting i would use a third party tool that has a integration with shopify

For any orders placed through Shopify the invoice is created. Not sure about ebay as I have never dealt with that.

Also, Shopify does not send delivery emails per se. The admin panel cannot register when the order is delivered, only when its fulfilled by you or shipped by the supplier (if you use dropshipping).

Just out of curiosity, would you mind sharing what suppliers are you using in germany ? a friend of mind was doing drop shipping from big companies like Saturn and Media Markt, and at the end got fu--ed really bad since he was using their same product pictures. how do you get around that ?
