For UK, paypal requirements for verification has changed..
unless paypal UK says you need to add a CC/VCC don't do it

and YES, i got my thread APPROVED for BST

I understand crsk8andsno56 is being a watchful member and i've no problems with that.
to describe VCC a little more, it has 3 months validity.

With past experience running over a year and half, VCC when used on PayPal runs for over 7-8 months..

US verifications have changed as well, and the vcc I purchased did not work even as an added credit card on my real paypal account. Emailing and requesting working number/refund. Ill keep you guys posted.

as i said, if paypal doesnt want you to add a CC/VCC to verify, dont do it.

now i am back and yes, the expuse will be provided to you after the card has been successfully added and charged!

all you have to do is to buy the eBook "How to create a new paypal account" on the site hXXp://prepaid-visa*info

all the instructions are given in the ebook which will be delivered to the email address registered to your paypal account from which you've paid the money.
