1. Can you use different money sites at each link site?

2. How do you know when Google has picked up the link even if you use a link indexing service like you suggest?

1. Yes you can.

2. Paste your backlink on google search and if it's there then it's indexed.

It's called dancing. Whenever you build or lost backlinks, your serp will dance like crazy and it's normal. Just wait until it's settle down.

You probably added a high cost for your products. Ignore that. It won't affect your posts.

Nope they are pretty aggressive re payments ..check the link it works ..not sure how long for obviously

Well that's the risk whenever you want something for free. consider it like an annoying ads on Youtube videos.

Content must be unique.

Technically, you only need one backlink from the same root domain. So 1-2 links (a homepage and an innerpage) from the same moneysite are recommended.

I doubt there's a reliable indexing tool out there for free. But if you're looking for something reliable and paid service, try either speed-links.net or instantlinkindexer.

No, please don't do that. One backlink for one post to your moneysite (preferably your homepage).
