Kindablack Speed Service

Firstly, I apologise if this is in the wrong section, but I wasn't entirely sure where to put it.

I notice that Kindablack's service has now been stopped and he is no longer a member. I am not interested in the fine details, but I have an order with him that is in the middle of being processed. He has my login details and I have no way of contacting him. His website is also down.

I would like to know if I should be changing everything immediately? Does anyone know how I can contact him? Can I get my money back?

A lot of questions and I'm sure I am not the only one left in limbo.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

To be honest i don't know him and maybe others can vouch, but if hes website is down and you can't contact him -

Yes i would advise changing the details immediately. when you will reach him, explain, and resend - much better than being in the dark with your asset.

Relax he’ll complete his job he’s even renewed his wp rocket plugin for his customers so I don’t think he’s going anywhere. Maybe he’s been hit hard by cash crunch but he’ll yet do the job. Drop him a message and wait for his reply

Yes. It was my mistake, I accept that. I just panicked a bit and misread the closing of his thread along with the fact his site had gone.

I checked his site and it is still up.

I'm not sure if we are attempting to reach the same site, but nothing loads up for me. However, it is not an issue. I'll reach out to him with a message.
