Is Tiktok a good place for scraping emails?

I don't use tiktok and I hope I never have to install it but am curious if it's common for ppl to add their emails in profiles similarly to what happens in Instagram .

Instagram has a rate of aproximately 3% email conversion rate per 1k users, I wonder if tiktok has similar rates .

Anyone got a clue ?

Thanks but scraping is not the issue just wanna know if it's common for ppl to add their emails before going forward with the code .

Will have to test it myself if no1 can provide some helpful feedback I guess

after being shown how not to, the mods will likely
remove the posts and toss a warning on your account

As of now it's very unefficient on TikTok since they don't have the option to add an email to the profile as contact method like Instagram does. Most likely you'll only find emails in bios of influencers with alot of followers for cooperation purposes.

Instagram has a way higher rate due to business profiles that allow you to directly add an email address to the profile as contact method.

Once TikTok starts getting more business orientated things might change.

why do you want to scrape emails from tiktok when there are more mature platforms like instagram as you said ?
if it's working for you then squeeeeezzz as much money as possible from it

Mail is not usually added to tiktok. It is impossible to parse mail from the tiktok

With that tool https://github.com/drawrowfly/tiktok-scraper you can scrape hashtag feed(for example) , and apply Regex on users BIO, some of user add emails to the BIO

What's more, tiktok-demo doesn't seem to even use email as much as the old folks -- if they have an account at all (which isn't a given) they may check it once a month or even less frequently. I believe email is mostly on its way out, if various tools/programs didn't outright require it for account creations about two thirds of BHW wouldn't even have an email at all.

But on a serious note scraping emails testes your knowledge as login websites require understanding of Post requests cookies, post data and proxy connections using script. So my suggestion is if it is not a personal requirement consult an IT guy.
