Yep!Don't mean to burst your bubble but the number of abs you have is genetic. You don't grow new muscles by doing crunches - even though that's what the fitness gurus have led you to believe.
You get abs by having a low body fat. Training abs will make them more prominent, sure, but low body fat is the first step.
If Arnold couldn't get an 8-pack through hard work, unless you have them genetically, you won't be able to either. That's just how things go.

usually, abs are visible mainly through diet. You can build massive abs as much as you like unless you shave off your layers of fats you wont see it.
