Business Website/Social Media ADVICE

Yoooo folks,
never really saw a post like this on here but hey.. Im giving it a try. So me and my bro own a slipper/slide business (we also offer some apparel/accessories). I am looking for ways to monetize our online store (big cartel) be it ads,etc.. and also ways to bring in more Website/Instagram traffic. As of now nearly 100% of our sales come for us manually posting on social media and handing out business cards at festivals (70k revenue in 2yrs)... IG/FB ads have mostly been a waste of money I assume we are going about them wrong. We have pretty good site traffic so I feel we are missing an opportunity to monetize it in some way. We have had quite a few actually.. but one thing is for sure followers and sometimes even high engagement doesn't always equal sells. If you look at our website dashboard you will se that we had a huge spike in sells and unique visitors March 2019.. a local influencer shot our sells through he roof. Sadly since then she's have huge amount of suggest and no longer does sponsored ads for small businesses
