@Instaboy85 - eventually got them to cancel the test order and started it again - service claimed to start 0-5 minutes, but after several hours nothing had happened.
Eventually they delivered, but were mostly russian fake accounts with 0 posts, 0 followers, following 600-1000 accounts each.
