Sure Sir,There's a handful of sites left where you can purchase BTC with card without verification. The most obvious ones offering this would probably be scams, so do your research before partying with any money.

All sites selling btc will require verification if using credit cards, uploading docs or ID etc at least, and/or using 3D secure.

Are u sure if I open an acc with Indian documents and make payment with USA Credit crd and it will work?there a lot exchanger that accept it. binance, coinbase etc.
if i remember right india have local btc exchange than accept direct transfer form your local bank.
