As legit as it gets, and depending on the size of your purchase you will need to provide docs.

There's a handful of sites left where you can purchase BTC with card without verification. The most obvious ones offering this would probably be scams, so do your research before partying with any money.

Most of the famous (the ones you get when you search "crytpo exchange") exchanges are legit and they do require KYC if you want to buy BTC with credit cards.

All sites selling btc will require verification if using credit cards, uploading docs or ID etc at least, and/or using 3D secure.
Can you let me know are you looking to avoid doc upload? And if so for what reason? Thatll help a lot.

Yes Ill explain.

I am an Indian and there is no such provisions in India for now. I have heard that there are few international sites who require international documents. So it becomes really very difficult for me.

Isnt India allowing BTC now? So now um sure one of the exchanges is letting Indians sign up. Regardless, do you need to only pay via credit card? Much cheaper to pay with bank transfer as credit card fees for crypto are 10% and up.

Yup may be. But getting upto those exchanges is a task for me. Moreover, these exchanges does not support international credit cards. I am using USA/UK credit card for purchasing.

there a lot exchanger that accept it. binance, coinbase etc.
if i remember right india have local btc exchange than accept direct transfer form your local bank.

Yup may be. But getting upto those exchanges is a task for me. Moreover, these exchanges does not support international credit cards. I am using USA/UK credit card for purchasing.

How is it a task? its easy, and you pay with your bank account. Thats really the best way its cheaper and easier.
If there is an issue precluding that just say so and what it is and youll find appropriate help.

well i am not sure,I purchased with credit card, but i pay with my country local cc.
Just curious does usa cc as is a VCC? if the card is used without the owner knowledge. than no you cannot use it on those exchange.
