Help need advice on YouTube

Hello,
I have been lurking everyday on BHW reading everything related to money making. The IM journey what interests me the most.
I don't have any income right now.
Due to COVID-19 I can't do labour work. I have no option my savings is almost over. I have to carry my household burden as I am the only one earnings. I don't want to go all the issue I am facing right now because It will make everyone bad..
I have some knowledge on YouTube have earn about 40000rs in year 2016. I have earn my first 100$ from knowledge from BHW too I am very happy for that too.
I am 23 years old finish graduation.
I have a YouTube channel with 3.2k subscriber. My Channel is not monetize yet. I don't have 4000 watch hours.
I have been thinking about making this channel professional like Hiring a voiceover and Hiring a script writer
I am thinking about uploading 3 video per week so, My cost will be
Script writer - 10$
Voiceover- 5$. I can invest about 9000rs in this channel not more..
I am from a India Currency is INR.
It is a good option to invest on YouTube?

9000 is like $118 and that's not too much investment, first of all change your behavior don't be like some one is going to help you or spoon feed you.

If you think you are good with YT then just give it a shot and try whatever comes to your mind, you will learn and you will grow.
